You will be installing ALL prior releases that have been posted since your current program version. Therefore, use the "View All Updates" link (above) to review ALL of the releases that may affect you.

CSR#	Title
1383	Change wording on Batch Claim Status Change for bill date prompt. The wording has been simplified to: Would you like to change the bill date for these claims to the current date? Choose Yes to change the bill date. Choose No, not to.
1420	Auto DC order with hard stop on the following day An order written with a hard stop for N doses or N days will now be DC'd after the last dose is given. Background: Ascend was allowing these orders to stay active for the same Grace Period used for soft stop orders. Since orders with hard stops are not generally renewed, leaving them active for the Grace Period increased the possibility those orders would have shown up on the MAR and on the Stop Order Notices report. An order written with a hard stop for N doses or N days should be DC'd after the last dose is given.
1421	MAR: Do not include patients with status On Leave. Workaround is to exclude patients with status On Leave using the Report Options: Select from the Filters / List Filters - Patient Status - Not Equal - On Leave Click on Save and Save your report.
1423	Fill List: Do not include patients on Leave of Absence Workaround is to exclude patients with status On Leave using the Report Options: Select from the Filters / List Filters - Patient Status - Not Equal - On Leave Click on Save and Save your report.
1451	Drop down controls now use extended matching
1481	Discontinue Order: Allows a selection of > 1 order to DC To select multiple orders, be sure that either All orders are highlighted and none have checkboxes checked, or All orders have checkboxes checked
1531	Can now edit Patients Insurance by double-clicking on the Insurance in the Patient Admission Information / Insurance tab.
1548	Reports Menu / Reports has been renamed to Reports List.
1552	Reports: Saving Reports Prompts with Report Name and Prompt to Overwrite:
1566	If program was maximized, next time it is started, it will remember and start maximized.
1576	Reports: New List Filters:
1577	Utilities/Sig Code - After saving a sig code, the program will remember the sig code list that was used. (Previously, after saving a sig code, the program would jump to the top of the list.) If "<All Lists>" is selected, the user will have to choose a sig code list.
1582	Inventory Window: The screen has been updated, fields moved around.
1587	Reporting: A message appears when there are no records that match the report criterea.
1599	Modify the Charges Report to report NDC, NDC Quantity and Units. Under the column "NDC" is the NDC Number, the NDC Quantity and the NDC Units of Measure, which are UN (Units), ML or GM.
