Claims must be subitted by 5 PM EST for your reports to be available the following day ( 3 PM EST for testing)

Customers will need to complete the EDI Enrollment Form and will need to submit 25 test claims before any production claims will be paid.

If you are already using other software to transmit your electronic claims, you will need to call the Region A prior to submitting your test claims so they can place you in test mode. This will enable you to submit your test claims without losing the ability to submit production claims using your existing software. Once your files have been uploading, you can have them put you back in production mode.
