Download UPDATEFDB.EXE to the \Ascend .NET\UPDATE
directory on your Ascend server or download UPDATEFDB.EXE and move it to the
\Ascend .NET\UPDATE directory on your Ascend server.

Start Ascend, go to Utilities and select Update,
then Unpack Update.
