Notice regarding FDB AWP – October 2011 As previously announced, this month’s First DataBank (FDB) update will not contain any new price updates to the Average Wholesale Price (AWP). Therefore, the current AWP will remain untouched and no action is necessary to protect the AWP from being updated or removed.
As mentioned in the announcement posted on September 20th, 2011, we are in the process of evaluating the new FDB consolidated price data to come up with options for our WORx and Ascend customers to continue using a calculated AWP. More information will be posted to the MediwareUsers.org site regarding availability in the next couple of weeks. Download UPDATE.EXE to the \Ascend-HI\UPDATE
directory on your Ascend-HI server or download UPDATE.EXE and move it to the
\Ascend-HI\UPDATE directory on your Ascend-HI server.

Start Ascend-HI, go to Utilities and select Update,
then Unpack Update.
