A reported problem with Ascend-IP duplicate therapy alerts has been
resolved. In some cases, duplicate therapy alerts were NOT issued if medication orders were entered in a particular sequence, whereas the alerts were issued if the orders were entered in a different sequence. Customer action: Update to the Ascend-IP version 201007141700, or later. No changes in database content or format are necessary. |
